Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment with any professional at The Garage, you will be asked for your card information to be securely held on file through our booking system, Boulevard. Having a card on file creates an easy checkout for our guest and allows us to uphold our cancellation policy.
We at The Garage understand that life happens, and appointments may need to be rescheduled. Our artists’ time is valuable, just as yours is. As a courtesy, we ask that you notify us of needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment ASAP, or at least 24 hours in advance from your reserved time. If you are unable to notify us within that time frame, the following fees are subject to be charged to your card on file:
24 hours or more in advance — no penalty
Less than 24 hours in advance — 50% of your reserved service cost
No show — 100% of your reserved service cost
If you did not provide a card during the time of booking, our guest service team will connect a note to your client profile that you will not be able to be serviced by The Garage until your cancellation fee is paid.
Please note, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, there is a chance your stylist may not be able to accommodate you. If available, your appointment will be moved to another stylist. If that option is not available you will be asked to reschedule and a fee may be applied.

Unsure what service to book? Feel free to call or text us at (360) 748-8814 with any questions. While we do not offer refunds on services, we will always offer to adjust your color or cut at no cost within 3 days of your original appointment date once the situation is discussed with Kindra or other admin. Our color services prices include 1 standard bowl of color, additional product fees may apply.

New Clients
Thank you for considering The Garage as your new salon home! You may book online on our “Book Now” tab above or call the salon at (360) 748-8814. If you suspect your hair may be considered a color correction, please text a photo of your current hair, your inspiration pictures and a brief hair history summary to the number listed above. We do reserve the right to deny or reschedule services that are incorrectly booked.
New extension clients must book an extension consultation at no charge. Please refer to “our services” to learn more about the extensions we offer, the upkeep, and more. New Weight Loss and Medical Aesthetic clients, we reserve the right to deny treatment if you are not a good candidate.
Apprentices
The Garage is a participant in a state approved apprenticeship program, Atarashii. Apprentices in this program are in training under a licensed cosmetologist and Atarashii approved trainer. When booking with an apprentice, be mindful that they are learning at a high skill level and prices are subject to change from online menu prices.
Green Circle Certified
The Garage is a certified sustainable salon.
Through our partnership with Green Circle Salons, we are recovering and repurposing 95% of beauty waste created in this salon to ensure that we can help keep people and the planet beautiful.
Instead of going into landfills and waterways, they will find second life and new uses, which helps to protect our planet’s natural resources.
An additional charge on your service total, seen at check out, allows us to be a part of Green Circle and help clean our planet.
