KINDRA ENGLER
SALON OWNER / COLOR SPECIALIST
Kindra opened The Garage in 2023 to provide Chehalis, Washington A full service collective salon and medspa. Creating one place where you can achieve all of your beauty desires in a luxurious, comfortable setting. Kindra’s years of experience in the hair industry include 20+ years of color specialty, editorial collaborations, showcased work during fashion week, and product development. Her knowledge is utilized not only for her clients, but to teach and expand the talents of The Garage employees. A true PNW girl, you’ll find Kindra in the outdoors hiking, camping, and being a soccer mom when she is not at The Garage.
ALABAMA ROPKA
Cosmetologist Apprentice
Alabama recently started the apprentice program here at The Garage. Alabama has always wanted to be a hairdresser, she loves to do any type of blonding services, lived-in color, or styling! She is currently attending W.F. West High School, she enjoys being a goalkeeper for soccer, doing outreach projects all around the world, and chasing her crazy corgi around.
DEB GROSS
ARNP
Deb has been in healthcare for over 25 years. She is passionate about her work and continuing her training to learn about the newest techniques and treatments. She offers a variety of medical aesthetic treatments, such as IV therapy, Medication Assisted Weight Loss and Testosterone Optimization Therapy. Deb loves being a nurse practitioner, and when you enjoy what you do it doesn’t feel like work. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her two very adventurous sons.
MICHAEL ROPKA
REGISTERED NURSE
Michael has over a decade of experience as a registered nurse. He offers a variety of medical aesthetic treatments, such as wrinkle relaxers, Injectables, medical weight loss and vitamin shots. Michael is passionate about learning the newest techniques in the world of aesthetics. When he isn’t in the salon, he enjoys baseball and time with his family.
ELLIE WILSON
COSMETOLOGIST
Ellie is an experienced hairstylist with a passion for helping her clients feel beautiful and confident. She specializes in blonding sessions but offers a range of other services including foiling, men’s cut’s, styling and all color! Ellie’s love for the art of hair extends beyond the salon. She enjoys keeping up with western fashion and watching hair technique videos in her free time. With her expertise and dedication to her craft, Ellie is committed to providing her clients with exceptional service and stunning results.
RYLEE GROSE
COSMETOLOGIST
Rylee is thrilled to bring her passion for hair styling to Chehalis all the way from Scottsdale, Arizona. Her expertise is in creating the perfect blowout that will leave you feeling confident and beautiful. Whether you are looking for a sleek and sophisticated look or something more playful and fun, Rylee is dedicated to helping you achieve the hairdo of your dreams. When not at The garage, Rylee indulges in retail therapy, sipping on a lotus, and spending time with her furry friends.
Lexi Mixon
Apprentice
From Maryland to Texas to Washington, Lexi has played a plethora of roles in the salon industry since 2014. Today, she is working to complete her Washington Cosmetology license through our apprentice program. You may also see Lexi leading our Guest Service Team when she is not behind the chair. Lexi enjoys pushing herself to learn any and all beauty techniques with a goal to move into brand education. Enjoy nonstop conversation about animals, books, music, and traveling while being pampered with tried and true techniques mixed with the newest hair trend when you’re in Lexi’s chair.

Graces’ keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity, she brings a fresh and innovative approach to her work at The Garage, She takes pride in staying up-to-date on the newest trends and techniques, and is always looking to provide her clients with the best possible experience. Grace is dedicated to building real connections with each of her clients along with creating an inviting atmosphere where clients feel pampered and enlightened.

Hi, I’m Delana and have been a cosmetologist for the past 12 years. I love working with any blonding service, color and haircuts. Time spent outside of the salon is with my husband, our beautiful daughter and three little dogs. I also love to shop, travel and drink coffee. If you see in the salon or around town you will always see me with a coffee in hand!
