SALON OWNER / COLOR SPECIALIST
Kindra opened The Garage in 2023 to provide Chehalis, Washington A full service collective salon and medspa. Creating one place where you can achieve all of your beauty desires in a luxurious, comfortable setting. Kindra’s years of experience in the hair industry include 20+ years of color specialty, editorial collaborations, showcased work during fashion week, and product development. Her knowledge is utilized not only for her clients, but to teach and expand the talents of The Garage employees. A true PNW girl, you’ll find Kindra in the outdoors hiking, camping, and being a soccer mom when she is not at The Garage.
ALABAMA ROPKA
HAIRDRESSER APPRENTICE
Alabama recently started the apprentice program here at The Garage. Alabama has always wanted to be a hairdresser, she loves to do any type of blonding services, lived-in color, or styling! She is currently attending W.F. West High School, she enjoys being a goalkeeper for soccer, doing outreach projects all around the world, and chasing her crazy corgi around.

Ellie is a seasoned hairdresser specializing in blonding, lived-in color, and luxury hair extensions. Whether she’s crafting dimensional blondes, seamless blends, or enhancing fullness and length with extensions, Ellie combines advanced techniques with a personalized approach to create polished, low-maintenance styles. Her goal is to ensure every client leaves her chair feeling confident, radiant, and effortlessly beautiful.
Lexi Mixon
Apprentice
From Maryland to Texas to Washington, Lexi has played a plethora of roles in the salon industry since 2014. Today, she is working to complete her Washington Cosmetology license through our apprentice program. You may also see Lexi leading our Guest Service Team when she is not behind the chair. Lexi enjoys pushing herself to learn any and all beauty techniques with a goal to move into brand education. Enjoy nonstop conversation about animals, books, music, and traveling while being pampered with tried and true techniques mixed with the newest hair trend when you’re in Lexi’s chair.

Kaeli is a licensed Master Aesthetician with advanced training in clinical skincare, laser treatments, and customized facial therapies. With a passion for results-driven aesthetics, she specializes in corrective facials, laser rejuvenation, and full-body waxing. Kaeli is highly skilled in advanced technologies, including the AdvaTx laser system, and is proud to work with professional-grade skincare like Sorella Apothecary to deliver targeted, effective treatments. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll often find me surrounded by wagging tails and playful barks, enjoying the unconditional love of my two fur babies. I also love embarking on spontaneous adventures with my significant other, or experimenting with new gluten-free recipes in the kitchen.
I’m passionate about creating a heartwarming and personal experience for every client. I believe in being an open book and love hearing about anything you’d like to share. My goal is to provide an experience that not only leaves you feeling beautiful but also inspires you to spread that joy with others.
The best part of my career is witnessing the transformation during the big reveal-the moment when my clients light up with confidence. That’s why I chose this path-it’s incredibly fulfilling to make a positive impact in a person’s life.

As both a content creator and front desk coordinator, she plays a key role in shaping the salon’s vibe—whether she’s capturing behind-the-scenes moments, showcasing stylist transformations, or making each guest feel welcomed and taken care of. With a passion for storytelling and a natural flair for visuals, Abi brings the brand to life on social media while keeping the salon running smoothly. Her energy, creativity, and friendly presence make her an essential part of the team—and the first smile you see when you walk through the door.

Hi, I’m Delana and have been a cosmetologist for the past 12 years. I love working with any blonding service, color and haircuts. Time spent outside of the salon is with my husband, our beautiful daughter and three little dogs. I also love to shop, travel and drink coffee. If you see in the salon or around town you will always see me with a coffee in hand!
